Our Story

Qualitative research without a highly skilled moderator is like an orchestra without a conductor.

Lisa Douglass Pearlmutter is the founder and president of Douglass Results. She brings more than 15 years of experience to developing and executing strategic market research initiatives for clients that range from multinational corporations to scrappy startups to nonprofits. Lisa’s industry knowledge also spans the gamut, from communications and e-commerce to bio-medical and pharmaceuticals. 

Lisa is passionate and energetic, and she’s determined to help brands find their secret sauce. Prior to founding Douglass Results, she held senior positions at Lexicon Branding, Research International and The M/A/R/C Group.

Lisa holds an M.B.A in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Communications and French from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
